Join us as we talk with sisters-in-law, Kami and Anita, as they describe their experiences of homeschooling their children while also running a small business.
Kami Huntzinger: Kami lives in North Logan, Utah, with her husband and five children. She has been homeschooling for over twenty years. Each child has been a different and unique adventure, and that has been one of her favorite things about homeschooling. She and her family love to travel all over the world. They run Bees Brothers, a crazy science experiment that turned into a small honey business, in order to finance their hobbies. Kami has a degree in biology and chemistry and worked in science research before starting her family.
Anita Huntzinger: After a reluctant start – and much prayer – Anita has fallen in love with homeschooling and has been homeschooling for five years. She lives in American Fork, Utah, with her husband, a cat, a handful of chickens and two boys – who are more than a handful! Anita spends her days being a mom, teaching lessons, hiding away to read in peace, helping her husband run their business McDiver Pools and every once in awhile remembering to change the laundry.
